Principle Properties President and CEO is Ryan Holte. Ryan has 15 years of business and development experience, seeing all aspects of each project through from idea to completion. With experience in sales and finance, he made the change to self-employment, and went on to build businesses in multiple industries. He has led organizations in creating and building a team, management structure, strategizing growth, evaluating timing and risk, and successfully completed sales and acquisitions, with two of the companies he founded being acquired by large national firms.
